Wulong Tea (Coming Soon)

10.00

Like the shimmering, twisting, curling body of a mighty eastern dragon, Wulong tea (which - surprise, surprise - translates to “Black Dragon”) has the most powerful and diverse varieties of flavor profiles available in tea today.

With an oxidation range of 8% - 85%, you can taste anything from sweet and fruity with hints of honey, or woody and thick with roasted aromas, or green and fresh with complex aromas. And after tasting the flavor spectrum that is Wulong tea, we couldn’t resist this sweet, honey-like version, and just had to share it with you.

If you aren’t a fan of Wulong tea already, let us welcome you to a whole new world to explore.

Brewing Tips

For this blend, we recommend putting 1 Tablespoon of Tea for every 2 cups (or 16 fluid ounces) of boiled, filtered water. Use boiling water around 208°F / 98°C to draw out the best in the Black Tea. Depending on your strength preference, steep between 3 to 5 minutes. Strain the leaves and serve hot, sweetened, or un-sweetened.

Each unit contains 30g, or 1 ounce of Wulong Tea. Serving sizes can change according to how much Tea is used for each cup or pot.

Whenever possible, we'd like to show our appreciation to the farmers who grow, pick, and process the Tea for our blends. For our Wulong Tea, we'd especially like to thank the following grower, and showcase some basic information about where the Tea comes from:

Grower: Yen Hwai Li
Teamaker: Fu Chen & Ai Fang
Origin: Zhushan Township - Nantou County, Taiwan
Elevation: 500m (1,640 ft)
